The project team collaborated with stakeholders and community members to create a Master Plan for a Community Core that was inclusive to the entire community. A strong engagement plan and execution involved creative ideas to allow community members, administration, and external stakeholders to get actively involved.
Maps and 3D images were produced to cast a vision of what the community had planned. A timeline was drawn up to plan the construction process. The final Master Plan was visually appealing, easy to read, and widely supported by leadership and the community.
