Bluerock’s Role: Jonathan Schmidt was one of the lead authors for the Land Use Plan and assisted with community engagement.

The SnPink’tn (Penticton) Indian Band is creating a Community Core Master Plan for an area east of the Westhills community and north of the Outma
Sqilx’w Cultural School. Key Objectives of the master plan include:
• Combine the elements & buildings of the 1993 Master Plan of Community Facilities with the existing cultural school, health centre and proposed Little Paws daycare facility.
• Address buildings and other element’s location, vehicular access and pedestrian access.
• Identifies and address the required works and services including sanitary sewer, water (domestic, irrigation and fire protection), roads, walkways, pathways, lighting, drainage and landscaping.
• Together with the input from Chief and Council, Elders, PIB staff and the general community, prepare a comprehensive and cohesive plan.
