Bluerock’s Role: Policy planning; coordination of planning, mapping and engineering; lead policy writing; and graphic layout and design of ASP document.
Bluerock Planning in partnership with Palliser Regional Municipal Services created a new Municipal Development Plan (MDP) for the Town of Coronation. The MDP focuses on key ways to grow and develop the Town, including housing diversity, new business, and planning for infrastructure.
The Bluerock team gave the Town added value through new high resolution drone imagery of the entire Town. These inspiring images showcase the beauty of the Town while supporting a new ambitious vision for the future of Coronation.
During the project Bluerock and Palliser worked closely with administration and Council through numerous workshops and discussions. The result was a strongly supported Plan adopted by Council
