Bluerock Planning assisted Selkirk Planning & Design on a new and inspiring Official Community Plan (OCP). The new OCP provides an easy-to-read and understand plan that will facilitate the right type of development to create a thriving City of Castlegar.
The new OCP offers landowners new opportunities to develop their land. Commercial opportunities are focused on the City’s main street to create a vibrant core.
Implementation of the OCP includes changes to the City’s Zoning Bylaw.
