Tamille is a seasoned public participation and communications professional with over a decade of experience. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating intricate and contentious projects spanning various sectors across Canada. These projects include land use planning, development, municipal government, energy, aggregate, waste management, and transportation. Tamille’s success has come from her passion for building and delivering communications and engagement strategies that seek to understand and acknowledge diverse stakeholder perspectives through authentic, respectful and transparent processes. Her approach to engagement is based on the power of relationships, the desire to truly understand an issue, to listen, and to facilitate communication on key decisions made. This creates a feedback loop that strengthens relationships, project decisions and outcomes.
Tamille’s involvement on projects includes writing comprehensive engagement and communications strategies, facilitating in-person and virtual engagement events, producing all project collateral including websites, presentations, information boards and promotions, and presenting factual and compelling project narratives in a variety of formats.
Tamille holds a Bachelor in Communications with a major in Public Relations, and is a trained public practitioner under the International Association of Public Practitioners.
