Bluerock’s Role: Bluerock lead the creation and submission of the Master Plan
Bluerock Planning was the lead planning consultant on the Pathfinder Kootenay River Resort Master Plan submission to the Village of Canal Flats. The Master Plan is a vision for a mixed RV and glamping campground redevelopment with a total of 142 sites. The proposed redevelopment of the site includes a pool, farmers market, beach volleyball courts, trails, and storage yards. Bluerock worked together with the site architects and engineers to ensure an environmentally sensitive design that celebrates its beautiful location by the Kootenay River.
