Steve is a passionate professional with expertise in the data and business analysis, creative arts, including drone photography, music composition, and computer programming. In addition to his artistic talents, he has extensive experience in analyzing community data, document production, crafting winning proposals, and assisting with project management (e.g. budgets, schedules, communications). Over the last few years, Steve has also elevated Bluerock’s ‘wow’ factor with professional drone imagery and videos for community plans, such as the Westview Area Structure Plan, Coronation Municipal Development Plan, and Linden Area Structure Plan. Steve’s creative side helps Bluerock with photography, video production, media, and social media.
