Bluerock’s Role: Senior leadership in Council and community engagement, policy-writing, document design and visioning.

Bluerock provided senior level assistance on community and Council engagement, policy writing and growth directions in partnership V3 Companies of Canada on the Town of Diamond Valley’s first Municipal Development Plan under the new amalgamated municipality of the former towns of Black Diamond and Turner Valley.

The new MDP acts as the “roadmap” for future growth, balancing residential and commercial development with agricultural land protection, fiscal responsibility, and sustainable infrastructure. The MDP also coordinates services, parks, and community amenities with future development and expected growth. This MDP was adopted by the town of Diamond Valley on the 1st of October, 2025.
