Village of Port Alice Waterfront Parks PlanClient: Village of Port Alice Date: 2024 Location: Village of Port Alice Bluerock’s Role: Jonathan Schmidt was the project manager and lead of the Waterfront Parks Plan Bluerock Planning, building on the success of the recently completed Official Community Plan (OCP) for Port Alice, was invited to make a Waterfront Parks Plan. This comprehensive assessment of Waterfront sites built upon existing park locations and three new locations to expand the parks into a continuous, accessible and service based Waterfront for tourists and the people of Port Alice. Bluerock provided planning, high quality graphic renderings, risk assessments for nearby infrastructure and creative and innovative solutions to expand and improve the Waterfront of Port Alice. We are excited to see what the future holds for the Village of Port Alice!
